As noted in Terry Richardson’s book, Modern Industrial Plastics, epoxy is self-extinguishing. See burning rate line. And burn test data. With a coating of phenolic fire retardant, the flame spread rate is very low, within ASTM E-84. In fact I see that the foam itself passes E-84 with a rate of 5, see Foamular.
